Ok, now we got the board, let's put up some info and get started on this journey to stay fit!!!

Debbie
26 weeks pregnant
pre-pregnancy weight: 158lbs
current weight: 167 No
what is your final weight goal (at 40wks): no more than 173lbs

now we could start some more posts on ideas for healthy eating, safe workouts etc. Good luck ladies!

oh and i got my workout today, i did some good workin out for 1/2 hr. i did light weights (5 sets of10) i worked out my legs and did pelvic tilts, all this in 15 minutes and then for the rest of the other 15 minutes i did that steppin machine thing that's like if u was goin up the stairs. i feel pretty good and i haven't ate no junk food hppygrl

OH YEAH, I'M SURE U'D LOVE THAT!!!! TODAY I'M RESTING, I WORKED OUT MY LEGS SO MUCH YESTERDAY IT HURTS TO WALK 2DAY!!!! MY MUSCLES ON MY LEGS ARE SO SORE I HATE THE THOUGHT OF EVEN HAVIN 2 GO PEE CUZ THE TOILET IS ALLLLLLL THE WAY DOWN THERE LMAO

well guess what? i was a bad girl myself today. i didnt work out cuz of the pain and i had 3! donuts and a three scoop sunday fom baskin robins which was of course rum raisin wit caramel whip cream and chocolate crunch on top. omg that was so delicious but thanx anyway v. tomorrow is bak to fitness!
